Dear Accommodation Facility Manager : Please read the contract first in order to register your facility with the Inhores online sales system and use its free features. You must fill in the blanks completely and accurately and then, following the approval of your authorized personnel, you must submit the electronic contract print-out to the Inhores Contract Department by hand, fax (+90 (212) 513 11 11), or mail.
After filling in the mandatory (5) fields completely in the "Hoteliers Registration" section, which is the first step, the information you provided about your facility will be reviewed for unfair competitive practices by Inhores contract authorities and, if everything is in order, your accommodation facility will be accepted to the online sales system. Inhores is the sole authority in determining acceptance or denial to the system and the result will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible. Following our acceptance of you into the online system, the management and update of which will be carried out exclusively by your party, use the username and password you originally created in the “Hoteliers’ Registration” section will be activated by Inhores in order for you to log in to the "Hoteliers Area” in the second step.
Update of all information (e.g., vacant room definition, update of room prices, uploading your photos and videos, closing for sales in your full dates, definition of your special packages and campaigns about your accommodation facility by logging in with the username and password you originally created. This information will be mantained and updated by your staff.
The number of vacant rooms you have identified to the system will not be revealed by Ihores to third parties in order to not affect your business negatively. Your vacant rooms will appear as “available” and rooms which are no longer available will appear as “unavailable”.
